when clara was in the doctor’s collapsing timestream at the end, she said “i don’t even know who i am.”
the one thing that has always remained throughout clara’s shattered lives was her personality, she always stayed fiesty, flirty, not afraid to speak her mind. she always knew who she was and she was comfortable with that.
she sacrificed that for the doctor. she sacrificed not only her life, but who she was.
